Why can’t I use the file from Dynamic Creatives?
Files downloaded from Dynamic Creatives are delivered in a compressed (.ZIP) folder. Make sure to extract the folder before use. For Windows 10 and 7 users, right-click on the ZIP folder and select “Extract All.” Choose your desired destination folder and click “Extract.” For Mac users, double-click the ZIP folder to extract it automatically. The unzipped files will appear in the same directory as the original ZIP file. For iOS or Android devices, you can use apps like iZip (iOS) or RAR (Android) to extract your files.
